I opened a business account and submitted all required documentation during July, but for whatever reason FNB never completed the verification process. After many frustrating calls and escalations, where nothing happened, I eventually spoke to Lerato M. After waiting / struggling for 3 weeks, she managed to complete the process within 3 hours.
