On the 18/07/2013 I was contacted by FNB agent Caroline offering me the GOLD credit card. She informed me that on this card the monthly fees are less than on the current card I am having which is smart credit card as I am usually paying _R35 but on the new Gold credit card I will be paying about R28.50 per month. I agree not knowing that she is hiding other information which I believe she was suppose to explain to me as an agent. I even I ask her if everything will be the same as on my smart card ie: outstanding balance, instalment as well as the notifications I get on my cell phone (sms iro minimum instalments, transactions, etc), she confirmed YES.
I've contacted them to reverse everything after I saw all the fees etc. I've send numerous emails and faxes with no luck. I have all the proof with me and questions about the charges after i've request them to reverse the upgrade.
