Trying to S*C*A*M me

I have been in dispute with you for so long and I have not gotten one straight answer from you.
1. I took out insurance on my loans and paid for the right amount of time for the insurance to pay out if necessary.
2. I was listed as WRITTEN OFF not listed as BAD DEBT- WRITTEN OFF so why the are you still harassing me.
3. You CANNOT LIST SOMEONE WHOSE ACCOUNT IS IN DISPUTE.
4. I sent medical proof through to you that I was unfit to work SEVERAL times with no reply and still you CLAIM the insurance won't pay. Why the did I take out insurance then?!

Your call centre agents are rude and you are a T*H*I*E*V*I*N*G bank. You ruined my finances and life with your constant harassment and listings on ITC.

If the ITC is not removed in seven (7) days I will fight back but when I do I promise I will go to every and all lengths for the whole world to know how you operate.
