In February a transaction was made on my credit card, which I reported right away. I filled in the forms they emailed me and sent them in on time. Then I never heard from them again. I paid my account in full and tried to close the account where I was then informed that I still owe them the amount that was out of my account. When I enquired about the status of this investigation I was given the runaround. Needless to say almost 7 months later and about 6 hours worth of waiting on the line for someone to answer the phone, I am still nowhere near having this issue resolved. Subsequently they are charging me interest on this account and have since put me on the slow paying list, despite the department stating that the money was refunded. This is blatant incompetence. Even phoning their complaints hot-line has not gotten me anywhere. I am at my wits end as I get the same answers every time.
