STILL WAITING

My account got cleaned out from Thailand in October, so I opened a case with Standard Bank as I reported it the next day and they said I will know what is happening in 10 working days. It has almost been a month now and every time I need to phone them. No one even bothers to get back to me on this matter, and every time I phone the line I have to hold for several minutes just to hear they are still busy with the investigation. This has been taking for ever and I need the money. I am not blaming Standard Bank for the money that has been taken from my account, but the investigation has been taken forever, and no one gets back to me. This is pathetic and I am considering to close my account now.
