1st car accident and Affinity has made it worse

I had a car accident on 09 July 2013 and to date claim has not yet been processed.
The history of this query is a long and disheartening one.
Have been taken aback by the consultants' attitudes. (they dont provide adequate information, no feedback or follow-up, no empathy or compassion at all).

I would like feedback and possibly get this resolved.

This was a traumatic experience for me. But I no-longer wish for anyone to sympathise but simply need an update.

PS. I do not appreciate being addressed in a cold tone and being referred to as ma'am when I have given my name.
