Old Mutual Complaints Department and also Old Mutual Onbudsman... 2ND EMAIL TO THEM AND STILL NO CONFIRMATION RECEIVED OR ANY ASSISTANCE... Clients Name: Old Mutual Policy number 13429211 and claim number clms383978 refers: we are now in a stage of despair. This trauma claim seems to be lost in space I have lodge a complaint on 11/12/2013 with reference number ccc6305358 and again on 14dec2013 with ref number ccc6305602... other reference numbers were ca626231 ca6302420 ca6302443 on various dates in December one promise results in 48hours the other in 10 days and another on 24 December 2013. but up to now NO results... where do we go from here?..I think a trauma claim is just that... TRAUMA... it is unacceptable to wait 6 months to finalize a claim..the claim was first handed in in September 2013. please assist.
