THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION WAS SENT VIA OVERNIGHT MAIL, TO OLD MUTUAL ON 2013-10-30. I PHONED THEIR POST OFFICE THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT MORNING. THE TRACKING NO. IS TC049536616ZA. I PHONED OLD MUTUAL TO INFORM THEM OF THIS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM AS YET. I CALLED THE TRACKING COMPANY AGAIN TODAY, 2013-11-05. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE AT THE POST OFFICE NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY OLD MUTUAL AS YET. I CALLED OLD MUTUAL AGAIN TO INFORM THEM, AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING ON THERE SYSTEM YET, AND IT WAS BETWEEN THERE MAILING SYSTEM AND THE TRACKING COMPANY. I ASKED THEM IF IT TOOK A MONTH, SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG? SHE SAID, YES.
