The lady went an extra mile to assist me

I had an account i closed and it was not closed, and i was being charged on it, but she assisted me and made follow up calls to assist and eventually my needs were satisfied and the service was excellent.
i forgot her name, she is at the client service if i'm not mistaken. the branch manager knows of this matter, so he should know the person im talking about.
