I have informed them of the change of the date that my salary will be paid in and that my debit order dates need to be changed. They did not change my debit order dates as requested! The result is my debit orders returned unpaid and I needed to pay the charges of R115 per debit order! At the same time I have informed them of change of email address and stressed that they need to change it immediately as my statements will go to my previous employer and that the program to read my statements are still on the computer.3 months went pass that they still emailed my statements to my old email address and that the person who were employed in my place forwarded it to me after it was opened! I stopped all stoporders in December 2012.One Stop order could not be stopped according to them because I had 2 profiles!! Once that was sorted, all of a sudden after 4 months stop orders that was stopped went off AGAIN!!! Once that was sorted I paid a sum of money in my revolving credit just to find out that a hold was put on my account because of the one payment that dit not went off becaus of their mistake. Then going on a Sunday to the bank just to hear they can't help me on a Sunday with this problem
