NO SERVICE - LATE DELIVERY

I am insured by Auto &General. Unfortunately my back window on my Tata shattered and I put in an insurance claim for it to be replaced. I was told I have to use Windscreen Direct. Within minutes I was contacted by them and requested to pay my excess amount into their account and submit proof. I did. Now begins the wait. I explain that i have a huge hole in my car and that I cannot go anywhere in addition to the fact that it has been raining and it would rain into my car. I am told to give them 3 (yes three) different DATES that are suitable. I reply tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I call Auto & general, no problem... they will handle these people... NOT. Finally *tomorrow* afternoon at 16h45, I am informed that they will be here today at 08h45 to install. Obviously no one reports for duty..., no phone call or apology. I call, sorry theyll be here after 11. I say no can do, I need my car to pick up my daughter at school. (not allowed to use car for 2 hrs after installation). I say see u at 2. This is after Auto & General get on their back's once again. U guessed it... they pitch after 11. No extension for their electrical equipment!!! INCOMPETENCE is your middlename.
