4 WEEKS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

Natasja Jasson came to my offices in Selby JHB- I asked her about the services that they offer for clients to open an account without going in to the bank, as i work full time and do not get time to go open an account myself. i need this urgent for my SA RS Records, and i am still waiting for response from Standard bank. She took all the necessary details and documentations, told her should she need anything else i would bring it she must just keep me informed of what is happening, she said i would have my account number withing 14 days - Its been over 3 weeks now and i have to beg her to let me know if she will help me or must i just go in and do it myself.
i am deeply dissapointed as i only deel with standard bank, and i have NEVER had any problems- i also told her i need this account to be joined with my fiance's accont as all our debit orders goes off on his account at the moment, she took a copy of his id aswell until today i have not heard anything -Please would someone just tel me what to do next as i am getting impatient and need this account before the end of this month
