Unknown debit orders hitting my STD account

Hi there, Standard bank (STD) is allowing companies to debit my account after I have told them numerous times that I don't have deals with these companies. STD has been reversing all the monies after I have lodged a complaint with them each time. The last time I laid a complaint after STD reversed the money I asked them to close my account but they convinced me to leave it open because they assured me that this unknown debit orders will not happen again. So the following month the same debit orders went off my account and were reversed by the bank and asked the bank to close the account. but it looks like the bank never closed my accounts because I still get failed debit orders SMSes because of insufficient funds in my account. I went to the bank to ask them again to close the account to no success telling me that I have to settle fees for non-payment of debit orders first. I told them tuff I wont pay the fees because it is not my fault. I have since opened another account with other bank they can leave it open for as long as they like because me I will not pay the fees. I know that at some stage this acct will be closed because of inactivity due to non customer initiated txns
