I have requested for the Standard Bank Customer Assist facility on 21.05 & have followed up on numerous occasions and still I do not have any answer / clarity on the request. I have requested to speak to management with the same feedback, no one is available & they will escalate to management. Feedback can only be optained from a call centre?

Dates spoken to the call centre, they have also confirmed receipt of my request on 23.05:
21.05 - spoke to Thandi
12.07 - spoke to Sanelisiwe
05.08 - spoke to Buyi
12.08 - spoke to Imtiaaz

I need feedback as I know from September I will have a problem
