50 DAYS FOR A RELEASE NUMBER AND STILL NO ANSWER?

Dear sir,

I was an employee of Standard Bank and is now a property developer in Potchefstroom, building student accommodation. I have a Standard Bank "business mortgage" for my current development.

During August 2013, I requested release numbers from Standard Bank to release 9 of the more than 30 units, to allow me to transfer these units.

The call centre confirmed that the request will take about 10 days. Its now been more than 50 days, and still NO real feedback or answers. I've been to Standard Bank Private Bank (I'm a client), my business branch in Potchefstroom and Standard Bank people in Rustenburg requesting help! Every time the responsibility is shifted somewhere else.

I had a valuer from Standard Bank (who was very helpful) on site, confirming that this must be a very straight forward request, but he is responsible for residential property only, and he thinks this is classified as "commercial". Nothing since then - 3 weeks ago!

This is suppose to be a very straight forward request! I have no idea who to speak to anymore!

Will it help if I take 30 employees and go and sit in front of the branch, asking the bank to pay their salaries??
