I'm very disappointed with the service provided by this particular claims advisor who has been sitting with my claim (C469283) for almost a month and provides absolutely no feedback unless i get in contact with him. When he eventually gets in contact with me then hes full of excuses and apologies. My previous claim took one week to resolve thanks to the efficient service provided by Jethro Johnson so i do not believe that this is the miway way. Please give me insight as to what is happening as i can no longer entertain excuses.
