Debiting R20800.00 for What???

I have been a Miway customer for the past 2 years, I have always paid my monthly insurance premium and have never fallen short or been involved in accident.

Yesterday morning (12/08/2013) I logged into my personal banking account to discover that MiWay has debited my account for the amount of R20800.00???... My insurance premium is R980pm. I have only my car insured.
I would also like to know how it is possible that my account can be debited with such an amount without my consent. And who at MiWay gave consent to do so???

I'm appalled by this conduct and will be cancelling my insurance immediately. I will also advise my friends and family to not do business with this institution ever.

I expect a full explanation for this activity.
