Is there two OUTSURANCE Companies

After my previous poor experience with OUTsurance in regards to a claim https:///outsurance/complaints/poor-service-1140932 (which is still not complete) I was not going to be nice about the new claim and I was surprised as to how efficient this claim was handled
I actually had to double check if this was the same insurance company as the claims advisor Miss Lizelle Botes was pleasant and kept us up to date with all communication and provided us with prompt service and feedback.
The nominated Auto body repairer also provided us with written correspondence as to when the vehicle is booked in and also what repairs will be carried out and itemising each part that will be replaced including an estimated completion time
It is such a pleasure to deal with a claims advisor who makes me feel comfortable and sets my mind at ease.
