In September 2012, my car was damaged in a pot hole while on a weekend away to KZN. What followed turned into a nightmare of probably the poorest service levels imaginable. I was even blatantly to. Everything from no feedback, forgetting about it, forgetting to order the parts. When I rated the service 0/10 on an SMS, suddenly people wanted to help. This didn't help much, as it still took weeks and a lot of fighting. After many weeks of frustration and promises that were not kept, the vehicle was finally repaired. When I finally received the vehicle, the repairer had broken the vehicle's parking sensors and there was also an additional 6 cm crack on the front bumper. The cycle started again. At one point Budget Insurance even said I should fix things myself and then send them the invoice and maybe they will pay for it. Same cycle, I rated 0/10 and weeks came and went. a Few weeks ago I again received a rating SMS and rated 0/10. Dikeledi phoned me and was the only person in all of this who actually did something positive about it and followed up on her actions. With her, I could not ask for better service.
