Poor Service, late delivery, job not properly done

I took my Mercedes Sprinter in to Ew motors for a complete motor rebuild on 7 May 2013. I was told that the job would be completed in one week. Three weeks later the job was nowhere near complete and I was informed that there were 'missing parts' I don't understand how three weeks into the job parts are suddenly 'missing'. After numerous complaints and telephone calls, where I was blatantly to about the progress being made and the condition of the vehicle, I finally received the vehicle back on the 8 August - 3 MONTHS after I took it in and after paying R65 000 - 00 to them. The vehicle is in a shocking state, it has a rough idle, is smoking and neither the indicators or the windscreen wipers are working. I feel that the level of service that I have received is absolutely appalling.
