SA HOMELOANS REFUSES TO FIX HAIL DAMAGE TO MY ROOF

I requested Richard Loyens to copy me on the feedback that he is going to send to Beeld and Hello Peter but he refused to. So this is my side of the story: since my first complaint the following was discussed and discovered with SA Homeloans:
- Their policy is that they phone clients to tell them the outcome of the report (this was clearly not done).
- They still mail letters to you in this day and age which I still haven't received to date. This copy of the "posted letter" was emailed to me AFTER I lodged the complain again".
- I phoned their call centre and was given an email address, and received an automated response that my email was received and when I spoke to Richard Loyens he said they don't have such an email address BUT then confirmed they received my mail after I mailed the automated response!
- Loss Adjustor stated clearly that my roof is maintained (so where do they get their assessor from if an independent contractor said it is R5, 000 of damages due to storm damages)???
After Richard Loyens made me feel that I am in the wrong all the time, and that they are still declining my claim - I've now had it with SA Homeloans and is cancelling my insurance with them!
