Worst experience ever with Insurance company!!!

I will give a very short version of the pathetic service we received..On 29/01/2013 one of my employees drove into a ditch on the N3 outside Pinetown. We contacted our Insurer - Santam - and they towed the vehicle to a repairer in Pmb - we're in Ballito!!! After numerous calls from our side and about three weeks later the vehicle was taken to a repairer in Ballito. We got the vehicle back today- 18/03/2013 - seven weeks later. The vehicle was repaired using reconditioned parts!!! from day one we were treated with disrespect. I got the idea that we are not important enough. On 28 Feb at 08h25, I spoke to Lucinda Hanekom - assistant to MR Ian Kirk who is the MD/CEO of Santam, after explaining my SAD story and predicament to her, she promised to get back to me ASAP. It is over three weeks later and she has not phoned me yet. MR Kirk is unreachable. I had to sign surety for the Avis loan car and pay them a deposit of R1200 in case the vehicle is damaged. These are a few complaints, too man to mention. SANTAM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SMALL GUYS!!! Not even their top management has the decency to keep their promises. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
