Debit order concern

On the 20th of January I poured petrol then when the petrol attended told me that my standard bank garage card is declining i failed to understand then i had to call a friend to come bail me out as i knew that i had cash in that card but wasn't sure why the card rejected then Tuesday i called standard bank for clarity and i got a shocking respond that the december debit order didn't deduct funds from my elite account which i had funds to cover that and they also don't know how that happened as its a 1st that a debit order doest deduct as they have set. Im so furious as how can i be so embarrassed as standard bank didn't do as they promised me their client.
