STANDARD BANK DON'T COMMUNICATE!!!

My husband and I have both had our Standard Bank Garage credit cards for years. Last month, I noticed that the debit order for my husband's garage card did not go off his account but mine did. On checking historically, I picked up that there was no garage card statement for my husband for Jan and Feb 2013 and no debit order had gone off his account. When I queried this with Card Division, they refused to assist me. I then sent an email to our PRESTIGE banker who advised me that approximaley 6 months ago Standard Bank sent out communications. Neither my husband nor I received any such communications. In the meantime, Standard Bank have been loading my husband's petrol expenses against his credit card which I was not aware off. Both mine and my husband's petrol for the month goes off in full on the first of every month but Standard Bank in their wisdom decided to take the minimum balance off without any consultation with their clients and now have TOTALLY MESSED UP MY BUDGET!!! Wake up Standard Bank and smell the roses. You DON"T get to make decisions for your cusomers. I think that it is time I took my banking somewhere else!!!
