What a waste of time

I had to urgently pay some doctors, that I didn't have the money for, so I applied for a loan through them. I have been sending documents back and forth for the past 3 weeks, they keep asking for the same thing, then they didn't get the first one, always an excuse. On their website thay say within days you will receive the money, but its. Been weeks now. The thing that I am not happy about is sending all my personal information, and then it gets lost. This is the worst service I have ever received. And still I have to contact them to find out what is happening.
