I would like to bring to your attention that this is by far the worst service i have ever had from any cell provider.
i have a Data stick on contract, and it's not even 6 months old. one day it just didn't switch on so i took it in. they have no loan unit to offer they make me wait since 5th of February to tell me it's not been sent in because they couldn't read the Imei Number. they could not pick me up on the system?
really, but they have all the details to take my money by the end of the month. i specially asked the man in the store how long it would take cause this is my business so if i don't work i don't have money so now to find out they didn't send it in cause they couldn't read it
i would like to know if there is any way to assist me as soon as possible cause as a client i feel it wasn't my job to literate them and also wasn't my job to learn how to read.
i would like them to sort this matter out as soon as possible i do not have another 2 weeks to find out they didn't know where to send it.
i demand feedback asap cause it is almost time to pay them again for something i didn't use and they should have repaired it. Even 2 weeks for a repair is long where is the loan units
