Loan

I took out a loan and yes I didn't stick to the payment agreement but they handed my account over without me know and they debited me the money for the loan, fine that was sorted, the last agent said to me I now will be debited for the last time and that will be the end of the loan, which they did debit me, now I'm being told I should have went to the bank to sing something to stop the loan, it now in areas, after soo long after all this months they come back to me calling me non stop asking about when will I pay because there is an amount I'm owing them! This is happening now after so long without anyone telling me anything or sending anything to tell me I'm owing, I asked for documents to be sent to me so I can see all this and he said he will but now his not doing that but he becomes rude! Telling to go find it at a bank when they are the ones who never said anything about this till now! I'm a working person everyday I don't have time to be called over & over again about something I know nothing about hence why I wanted documents like a statement to be sent to me and a reason showing why ii was never told all this time, they have all my details but they sending things to som
