Disappointing service

Someone drove into me and it has now taken almost a year to get my money back. I cannot accept that this driver might get away with driving into someone. I keep getting the runaround and excuse after excuse, but I don't know why they are not putting more pressure on the third party's insurance to recover my money. I keep having to contact them to find out what is happening.

The damage was on the side of my car and the front of his car. The photos show that the impact was from him. The scene of the accident is even really straight forward. It took Imraan months to even check google street view to see where it happened, and I had to resend all the details weeks ago -- like they lost it or just didn't care to follow up. This is just really disappointing and in my opinion a waste of company money to drag things out like this.
