One call to request what the interest rate is on my overdraft which I have never used, turned into a 45 minute frustration of being transferred, cut off (twice) and told to call 4 different numbers, the last one gave me the very first number I dialled! so 7 phone calls later and having spoken to 9 different people, last one promised to get the 'right' person to call me back by COB... well I am STILL waiting for that call. Same thing happened when I wanted to purchase travel insurance a few months ago. Your system DOES NOT WORK!!
