I have no record of such loan

I called FNB call center regarding a personal loan that is listed on ITC for bad debt. I received FNB bad debt telephone number from call center to call with no avail. Nobody answers the phone till it eventually cuts off. The account in question I cannot find any record off or received any letter's, emails from FNB informing me that I am in arrears nor was I handed over to attorneys. So can someone from FNB please call me so we can get to the bottom of this.
