Isurance Claim

On the 25th my was involved in an accident, and it badly damaged. i was advised by insurance company that the car would be written off. i have calling since, our calls are not being answered and they keep on giving the same sms. i do not where the car is, where they are in terms of the process, i am being taken from pillar to post its been 8 weeks. there is still no real progress with my claim. this is seriously abhorring service. there other cars are insured with auto and general the turn around time with the other car was two days. they keep on taking their money every month which is a sign nothing is been done. i am at real lose for words. this means budget turn around time is more than 8 weeks and as a customer do not expect any feedback. disappointed with the arrogance of the service provider.
