Truworths account - URGENT REPLY

I had an account with truworths and went through a bad patch. partners owing me money and forcing me to accept no payout due to recession. Having an account with truworths i had, i was in no way able to pay and only after the 3rd year has MBD made contact with me wrt to my debt. i was in contact with 2 call centres, one in JHB and the other in CPT about 2 years ago to discuss my account. The CPT branch has written my debt off about 2 years ago and now ive received smses from BMDCS stating that i have debt and must pay it or i will be handed over. There is NO record of my debt being written off as it is older than 7 yrs now and now i am told sorry... we have no record of us calling you or you calling us. the only record is I OWE THE MONEY even it was written off and even if was older than 7yrs.

This is unacceptable from an attorney based call centre. I expect someone to make contact with me asap wrt this.
