I am so so, so fed up with this incompetent bank! I am e-mailing them and e-mailing them but to no avail. I simply need statements, my statements and it's the run around game again! I was jst on their site and it gave me a mail addie that fowarded me to another blimmen mail addie and then to another mail addie that finally does not exist and then i try to access the site again and nothing..nada i mean for heaven sake really, they deduct your payments like clockwork every flippen month but can't seem to send through the statements accordingly. I really should remind myself to just leave this bank alone in future and not even think of it as any option! If there's no response still by end of business today i'm deleting your bank as a beneficiary and just not pay, how am i suppose to pay when i dont even know how much my balances are with you this is nonsense i tell you!
