Still Waiting

So, i've heard from African Bank but i am still waiting on my statements, they can't seem to send it through, we've been in contact via e-mail and i've suggested every option there is but i am still waiting i dont know what the matter is because the lady named (Anthea Moodley) who was in contact with me said she was going to come back to me in this regard but it's Tuesday and i've sent her an e-mail this morning to inform her that i did not receive anything yet and yet again no response, so i'm left with no other option but, go through with my plans that i've decided on cause this is ridiculous i mean really! But first i want to ask again for assistence in this regard before i make other arrangements.
