Paid up Letter for account ZAR_000013065_MB

I paid off my debt with company a debt I could have argued that it was prescribed but I decided to pay it bcoz i am not the type of a person who hides behind law to run away from responsibilities. In return I expected this company to be able to type me a 1 page letter stating that I have paid the account in full. Its been more than 20 working days now waiting for a letter that was supposed to take 7-14 days working days. Whenevre I make a call I get told different stories and sometimes the agents are very rude but I wont complain about that bcoz it is their right to do so and maybe if I had paid my debt in time I wouldnt be subjected to such harsh treatment.

I get the feeling that this company is refusing to give me this letter. My reference number is ZAR_000013065_MB. All I want is honesty and if the company feels that I dont deserve to get this letter then its okay just let me know so that I can decide on what further steps to take in order to get this lette
