I bought electricity worth R200.00 through cellphone banking on the 22nd June, to my surprise the voucher No. that was sent to me was declined when i punched it in my prepaid meter. The meter displayed that the voucher has been used. The voucher that standard bank gave me was proved by the City of Tshwane to be a duplicate that was first used in 18 Aug 2012.

I went to Wonderpark branch to request that even though i did not received electricity units but at least my money must be reversed, I showed them a duplicate receipt and I was given a reference number 39413831and I was told that they will investigate and come back to me in 3 days, which never happened until I called to enquire on the matter, then I was told I was misinformed as the turnaround takes 7-10 days. I am still waiting. It has been more than a month.

Standard Bank be informed that I did not donate with my R200.00. I want it to be reversed. I have proof from the City of Tshwane that the voucher that I was given was already used. At least be decent enough to give me my hard earned cash. What kind of a company is this that does not give a hoot about the customer care. I just want my money.
