Seems as you don't bother to reply to emails I will use this forum Standard Bank.

I assume that electronic statements are set up by somebody working at Standard Bank and that the person has a certain level of intelligent, or NOT?

First, when you started sending me email statements you generated statements for the 10th of the month. Who operated a month end on the 10th of the month? In 25 years of being in business I have never experienced this but you are obviously unique of oblivious to what goes on around you.

So after about 10 email and 20 phone calls and finally three visits to the branch you change it, but alas, is it no better than before!!!

The last time I looked there were 30 day in April, June, Sep, Nov and 31 days in the rest except Feb. This being the case can somebody with more than two brain cells please tell me why you send me Business statements for example December which only starts on the 4th. Did we do away with the first 3 days of the month.

You have to be the most incompetent bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!
