No service, no help

We have a card machine on contract with EEC, where we pay for NO Service, No Assist, No Feedback, No Support. It feels as if I was blackmailed into a contract to get a upgrade for a new machine, because my old machine stop working in November due to their MNT services that had a problem (which I also had to smell, and was promised a Vodacom simcard, but never happened), so eventually in January after harsh words, and speaking to management I got a loan machine, with a renewal contract, so I signed the contract and got my loan machine. It worked for 5 days, than off-line error after error. I tried to phone the Jhb branch, but their lines was off, so I got hold of the Ctwn branch, and they informed me that the settings must change due to an MTN problem. Now today I got my new upgrade machine, and it DOES NOT WORK, and all the operators in Help Desk is busy and someone will phone me back. So in the meantime with clients wanting to pay by card I restarted the machine, took out the battery, started up, this I did about 5 times, waiting for someone to come back to me. Eventually I phoned them back out of desperation, and the first thing Caroline tells me is to switch the machi of
