Promise discounts and fail to deliver on promises

FNB advertises that if you are a Platinum account holder on reward level 4, you should get 80% discount on their uncapped ADSL products, but when I log in to my FNB online banking, I am told that I can upgrade my account, which is already in Platinum, and when I log in to FNB Connect, it tells me that I qualify for 0% discount.

I find this EXTREMELY pathetic especially considering I have been with FNB for 26 years.

FNB is the worst bank in the country, they make promises and fail to deliver and their new banking website is the worst website on the internet.

AVOID FNB AT ALL COSTS, you will REGRET banking with them.
