There is no point in advertising how efficient you are in switching our debit orders, but you actually fail to deliver for 3 months. After numerous calls and emails, your platinum bankers and switching department also seem to be incapable of rectifying this. Is there anyway that this can be resolved or should we just give up and go elsewhere?
