Dear FNB,
I'm disappointed that you fail to acknowledge that your password reset function does not work at all via your FNB Website and only through your Private Banking Portal and when you contact Online Banking i have to pay R50-00 for your system that does not work??? As a Premier Banking client the service is dismall and pathetic of which I complaint about last week. Nothing has changed its a dismall service these staff members render as I don't get valued as a Platinum Client and get treated like a normal client. What's the point in me paying a premium for this service and receiving this poor service. Non of your apologies will suffice as you don't give me the service I expect. after your and empty promises last week. Even received two new cheque cards today??? Lady at premier banking promised to phone me back in this regard... Well no phone call??? I'm no longer impressed with this service. The CEO need to contact me and nobody else and explain to me what he/she is going to so to
Rectify this pathetic service. Still waiting for my call regarding the two cards I received.
