I used to be proud of being an fnb client. Not anymore. Where to start? My name is still misspelled on my account - I ask the consultant to fix it every time I am in the bank. I have given up. I upgraded my card from gold to platinum. It was processed and i received a platinum card which i have been using with no issues. Last month, fnb cancelled the card, seems i have a gold card again. I was never notified, just saw it wHen i was doing my online banking. That brings us to online banking... The website never works. Halfway through a transaction it stops working, everything hangs and i get logged out. And today, i can't do any payments as it is sunday. I get asked whether i want to continue with the transaction even though it's sunday. And then i get logged out when i select ok. Complaints via email don't go though as their inbox is full. Really fnb?
