No loyalty by bank to long serving clients

As a loyal customer of over 20 yrs with FNB I am amazed at their lack of customer profiling because if they did that properly I would not have my car financed by Absa or my request for an overdraft being credit vetted because they have erroneously flagged an expired Wesbank contract as "bad debt written off", they would not offer to upgrade my siLver credit card to a platinum card and then deliver a gold card while I'm a platinum cheque Account holder! All of these disappointments and yet I remain a loyal customer. Why is it that MY bank does not call to offer an explanation when you call and they promise to call you back? They hardly noticed that my salary has increased and fail to offer me a banking package commensurate with this increase. Disappointed by a bank I've been with since the age 12! How can we help you? Not a sincere slogan at all!
