My name is Siphiwe Mazibuko, i have a huge problem, my mother passed away on the 1st of May 2011, she had a retirement annuity fund, i claimed that submitted all relevant documents that were needed and made several phone calls to them, they requested a marriage certificate and tax number i made an affidavit that my mother was not married and that she was earning under 60 000, so she doesnt have a tax number and i submitted to them, up to this date thes no payment. i dont understand why they request such information why didnt they ask all information when they made my mother to apply for it. my email is: marcia.mazibuko@gauteng.gov.za
