WHY DO WE PAY INSURANCE IF ALL CLAIMS ARE DECLINED

This is the 2nd time that a claim has been denied by ABSA Insurance Company. Our swimming pool cracked, and now they refuse to lodge the claim as they say they do not cover it if it is not due to a natural disaster that caused the crack. This is the most pathetic thing I have ever heard of as the previous claim was because of a hail storm... they always have excuses for not paying. WHY THE DO WE HAVE INSURANCE, that is forced on you if you buy a house... but the are NEVER willing to pay if something goes wrong!!! I am so frustrated this is totally unacceptable!!! I am SICK of their EXCUSES!!!
