Claim om swimming pool

How ironic. Received a sms today from ABSA telling me to work thrifty with my money and save for next year. How can I save if they disapproved my claim on my swimming pool. They keep on saying its because it's a vinyl pool but it is NOT. We needed to rebuild it a few years ago because it was vinyl, and was not covered then by the insurance, but now it is fiber. After a big storm 5 weeks ago, the pool flooded and the side panel broke down. Now ABSA keep on argue that it was a vinyl pool and they are not willing to pay out. That after 13 years of being their client and never missed one payment. My claim number is 2486886.
