I received a call from Sandra Albertyn a week ago. She confirmed that she referred my complaint to the manager and according to my understanding she would have contacted me on Wednesday. Until now nobody contacted me from ABSA. I have been living in the same house for 18 years and have been paying my premium for the insurance. It seems that all ABSA cover us for is for Pressure burst on a geyser and nothing else. I am really mad. But I am now going to put my complaint on Hello Peter to warn other policy holders at ABSA to move the insurance to companies that will help when a claim comes up. I am copying this email and I hope every body cancel there policies with your company.
