I've recently changed to Discovery Insure. When they came to install the tracking device to track my driving ability, they didn't make it clear that the previous tracking device had to be completely uninstalled. That meant I had to make yet another appointment and had to pay to have the device removed. When I complained with my broker, he took it up with them. The called me back within two hours and apologised. The service was first class and I am really looking forward to being insured with them.
