I am so tired of FNB they never help!!!

Every time i have gone to FNB for help they decline me for EVERYTHING!!! even though im a good payer. I settled my ipdad EARLY!!! and they would not give me a cellphone, which is cheaper than an ipad!!! i NEVER defaulted on ipad payments either!!! I take a mini loan most months (coz they wont just help me with a revolving loan which would solve all my problems and wont have to take mini loans that make my NAME look worse) and always pay on time, i boast about this this bank and yet they can NEVER help me!!??? Now i get a slap in the face by not even helping me get a cell phone!!??? Well tell me then what can you actually do for me??!!! I am actually fed up with FNB and im changing banks to where someone will actually just for once help me as an individual and see that im a good payer. Steve at beep bank you should never have changed banks!!! They don't see you as an individual and try help you as a person, they just write you off!!! Thanks for nothing FNB.
