Claim cancelled

On the 14/07 had a car incident, called emergency and was handed over to the street tow-man to take the car to their own port. A couple of days later an investigator came through to record the case and took them to scene.fine, all looked promising, on the 5/8 mailed the consultant handling my case for follow up and claimed to have tried calling me back with claims manager jean but didn't get through. And informed claim been cancelled. Asked for cancellation letter and was promised claims department will get back to me. After having tried calling the manager and mailed but no feedback.finally received the letter from William dated conversation was heard on the 6/5 and regret to inform me that claim cancelled after comprehensive assessment cos it falls within excess. Am like what? they informed me the car was a write off and now within excess? Are these comprehensive royalties to expect with cheap payments, cheap cover, and now end up being cheap client with bad service! cheap royalties to thee and would like to hear what next cos not letting this go.
